Hi valverde,

The papers written in blue are not synchronized with the git repository for now. We are working on this feature. This means that the git repository created with the paper is empty if you do not push anything in it.
The message you get is the standard message from git to warn you that the remote repository is empty, but the clone was ok, you can now work with your local clone and push to the remote repository.

All the best
Lucas
